I don't want to blog

I'm avoiding blogging, which I said would be the case.

I feel so fat and frumpy, and feel like giving up gym. However, I'm going to fight these feelings and continue on. The problem is when I go to the gym I always put on weight and not just a little bit of weight - I mean 4-5kg and those kg are hard to budge. I think I'm losing weight dress wise, because my pants are feeling quite lose, but still kind of depressing when you see the scales figures go up and up. What ususally happens is I stop going to gym and then I lose a whole lot of weight (from muscle reducing), but then I just end up eating all the kg back on after a few months.

Still I have to persist, I am determined to get into a size 10 and I want to dress in fun, funky clothing and not drabby clothing.

You can do this, don't give up! Strong muscles will always reward you positively in the end, they look yuck on the scales but once the fat is gone they make you look great.

Happy to hold your cyber hand all the way! What about all those great shows you'll be missing at the gym if you stop going? Who's going to tell me about them?

Awww thanks Jo. That's very nice of you. I think I do need that extra helping hand :)

Yes well my favourite shows are being shown at crappy times at the moment. Ususally before gym opens or closes.

Still I'm going to keep it up and I might shout out to you once in a while to hold my hand ;)

Remember these lyric's? They are for you my friend...
"Sometimes in our lives we all have pain
We all have sorrow
But if we are wise
We know that there's always tomorrow

Lean on me, when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
'Til I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on

Please swallow your pride
If I have things you need to borrow
For no one can fill those of your needs
That you don't let show

Lean on me, when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
'Til I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on

If there is a load you have to bear
That you can't carry
I'm right up the road
I'll share your load
If you just call me

So just call on me brother, when you need a hand
We all need somebody to lean on
I just might have a problem that you'd understand
We all need somebody to lean on

Lean on me when you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
Till I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on

Lean on me..."

I'm not a freak, but I'll hold your hand!
