Everythings good

Jobs going well, I think it will be fine. I had to work today but hopefully get some time off in lieu for it. I really like my office it's so colourful and cute! Terrible location, but only because it's in the best location in the city and I have all these tempting cafes and shops near me. I can just go down stairs to all theses trendy shops - agggghh!

Great little cafe on the yarra near me - it's right on the yarra and it's so pretty and they make yummy coffee.

Boy it was packed for Anzacs and even though I was just passing by I found I was getting quite choked up for some reason. I never understood why we continued to celebrate our soldiers after all these years, but I kind of understand now - lest we forget!

Anyway, once I finished up at work I decided to go to the Art Gallery and they had a really nice exhibition on exibiting artifacts from egypt, mexico and italy from way back when. Pretty amazing stuff, I couldn't believe how advanced people were back then and how intricated there design works were. The quality of the work was 10 times better than what we have to offer. They're were amazing carvings, metal weapons with fancy scroll work - amazing!

I was trying to find a nice simple black bag, that wasn't too big - would fit A4 documents. Of course I couldn't find anything for my budget. Everythings puffy at the moment. I just want a nice simple bag. I think Mandarine Duck will be the only place I will find a decent bag, but they're so bloody expensive those bags. Still might be worh investing in one. I love the bags above and they're under $50 bucks, accept ones a bit to small and the other is a bit too big. How cool is the round one -ooohh!

I was contimplating getting one of these - saw them downstairs under $50 bucks

Alec Bawldwin is a bully!

Well if you are yet to hear Alec Bawldwin going nuts at his daughter. I'm giving it you the opportunity now :)

Of course there was a press statement on his site apologising and saying they got him on a bad day...yadda...yadda...yadda!
Yeah whatever, I never remember my dad talking to me like that, sounds like a possesive pig! If you noted he called his daughter a pig!

First day tomorrow and I went for a walk on the beach.

So I took back my top, but managed to pick-up a few more tops on the way - lol!

I then headed down to Brighton Beach for a good hour walk. I love walking on the beach track. I don't like going into the water, but I don't mind walking along side it - very calming. It get's a bit depressing though, when you see these gorgeous looking couples with their state of the art prams and cute as a button children and these people really look content. I want to be one of these people one day! I want to one day have my own kids walking up and down the beach with me :)

The houses there are also to die for and some of them ares so big, that you wonder what on earth they need all that space for - still I wouldn't complain if I lived right on the beach in a million dollar mansion.

I bumped into a family member today and she reminded me about my grandparents 60th aniversary, which is coming it up. It's going to be HUGE - lol Kind of dreading it because the who things going to be held at the golf club and so you I know it's going to be big and I will have to mingle and talk the talk - agggghhhhh Plus I look frumpy at the moment so will feel more uncomfortable.

Oh and it's my first day of my new job, luckily I'm not that nervous because M is showing me around, and we'll have a coffee first thing.

Hen's night

I went to hens night last night. It was good. It was held at Sarti and really was a dinner and friends chatting. I loved the menu at Sarti's, see now that's how I would love to eat every night. I has salmon wrapped in prosciutto, with bazil and something else. It was devine. Although I really wanted to just the Proscuitto della casa, melone e grassini alle olive, that looked lovely too! Good to catch up with girls and see N, baby pics. Oh my the baby looks so like the her hubby - cute!

I was kind of dreading the whole thing, because I'm not always good at these girly nights out, but it was good. Everyone always dresses up to the nines, with their Gucci and Prada hangbags and there billion dollar outfits - unfortunatly I can't afford that just yet ;)

S's hen night was a girl that a grew up with and her twin sister N. It's kind of cool that I'm one of the only persons that have known them the longest and I really am part of their extended family. I really get along well with their mum as well - can I just say that this woman looks "HOT" for her age - god I hope I can look as good as her - she's a cool mum!

I was going to post a pic of the pressie I got for the bride to be but I didn't have enough time.

I ran around all yesterday shopping - it was a nightmare. You know that saying "shop to you drop", well that was me. So it was good to knock down a few drinks after feeling like a bomb had hit me. I did everything in the one go. Outfit for last night, new clothes and shoes for work, wedding pressie for S. I used to love shopping but now it's a chore. Anyway, I spent way too much money but that's ok. Anyway, I was trying on my outfits this morning, only to realise a bloody tag was left on one -furrrkkk, means I have to go back, which was not my intentian. Hence, why I wanted to do all the shopping in one go - never mind!

I also had found out through my new boss and a few other people that there is a wholesale designer shoe shop just around the corner from me. I have been hearing about this place, but never really thought about it or could ever find it. I found it yesterday all designer shoes half price, but seriously some of the shoes were god damn ugly and looked like something from the 80's. Anyway there were some loveley shoes there and you could pick up shoes from 150-300 as well as handbags. There was one handbag that i saw and I was like ooohhh that's nice at 70% off but I Thought I better not ask the price, because I would of been tempted. I didn't buy any shoes from there, but I did buy some shoes from myer. Anyway, these shoes a like short stilletos, so they have a tiny heel. Anyway, since I'm not used to heels, I was walking in the house with them on and about 10 minutes later I slipped, but luckily caught myself before there was too much damange. But listen to this, so later as I was getting dressed, I put on the shoes and walk for about two seconds on the floorboards when I see my legs spreading out...do you understand what was happening? I was doing the splits, you should of seen my face...all I needed was a man that annonces in the elevator "going down". Now I have never ever been able to do splits in my life, but last night for the first time in my life I achieved it - lol and actually it felt quite good. Oh you had to be there to see my face, but gee it was funny.

My sign

Oh wow my sign from astrology zone was pretty accurate - spookey!

The full moon in Libra will be highly positive, so whatever is going on at the time near April 2 is likely to make you happy. You will see the culmination of something important and, and when that occurs, your emotions will be pushed to one end of the spectrum or the other. As said, news should be upbeat, but if not, you will be able to clear the air and see things as they are, and fix them or leave. The choice is yours, but one thing is sure: You'll know your own mind after this full moon arrives.
----------
Mars is tearing through your work-a-day sector, so you may find that your workload is a bit too over the top to allow you to feel in control. Work keeps coming your way, and at times, it could seem a little crazy that anyone "upstairs" thinks it's reasonable to do this amount of work in a day. Someone has to speak up, so it might as well be you. Ask for a temporary assistant, from the outside or from within. You boss doesn't know what you're thinking or feeling unless you share what's on your mind. You may get a helper approved.

--------
I suspect this is referring to my new job - which is meant to be hectic at the moment - heaps of jobs needed to be completed.
------

Health matters may need tending, and if so, this would be your ideal month to see about medical and dental checkups. At the full moon, April 2, you may be feeling lowered resistance to colds, so get extra rest.

--------------
Just got a cold, and have been to the hospital about my heart this month. Also dental checkup has been on my to do list.
---------------------

On April 9, you will have an excellent day to improve your financial condition, so take full advantage. A partner / agent / collaborator appears to be instrumental in your success.

-------------

Can't think of anything anything financial happening!

-------------------

You may have an ongoing problem with your ankle, foot, or toe that needs to be looked at by a medical practitioner. Do it - the pain you feel may be unnecessary. You'll be prone to rush around near April 29, so don't - you need to stay aware so you don't hurt yourself, particularly your foot. It would be better to take care of ongoing foot, ankle, or toe problems early in the month, as far from April 29 as you can muster.

---------

Yes I have hurt my ankle, and I don't know what has caused it and of course I will be rushed April 29, this will be due to my new job
-----------

The new moon on April 17 will pave the way for you to form a new, committed relationship with someone important to you. You may know this person personally or professionally. With Pluto and Jupiter standing by in your contracts, negotiation, and agreements house, you'll be perceptive about how best to blend energies and build partnerships together.

----------
Was offred the job on the 17 and my friend helped score me the job

I like my blog. I'm funny!

I was just reading over my blog from start to finish and I found it quite hilarious. I was cracking up left right and centre. I found the post about being at the gym and not being able to reach the bench press to be so funny. God I'm a dork.

Yes, I have come to conclusion that I like my blog and I have nothing to be ashamed of. I was even chuffed to see I had a new reader, way back at my Kate Langbrooke post. I'm sorry I missed the message, because I like to write back to my fans...of...wait for it....two - lol! Two is better than one I say ;)

Anyway, reader from my Kate L post, if you still read my blog, "hello" and sorry I missed your message. Most probably, you have long gone and MJ is the only one that keeps a watch out for my blog. Poor MJ, here all on your lonesome :P

I'd just like to have the opportunity to thank MJ for sticking around, and reading my absolute drivel and just to let you know I am feeling guilty for not writing in my BL results on you know where.

This post goes out to you MJ - respect!!! If I could show a peace icon I would, but you'll just have to visualise it, this time around . Also while you're at it, visualise a whole lot of bling dangling off me neckline and big diamond incrusted rings on every finger.
Oh and I forgot to say, "thank you God".

And what do you know I said on my very first post, that I wanted a kick ase job and well I'm pretty sure I'm going to have it. What a sceptic I am:P

oh one other thing, I was driving to Richmond with my mum tonight having a good old discussion and she said to me " I can really see your confidence developing, not just tonight but over the years" and then she said "I know you have the potential to be quite ballsy (ok she didn't say ballsy) , she goes, "I know you always have been with me and imagined that you would become quite an opinated/strong person and really know who you are". Awwww thank ya mumma!

It came true!!!!

OMG, so I didn't want to write down the result to my manifestation until it happened, like I said, so I don't look like a nutter, but now that it has actually happened I can reveal my manifestation, which is...

"That I got the job one of the places that I said I wanted to work at, in the role I wanted to work in 2 posts down"/

I can't believe it! I had such a strong feelling that something was going to allow me to work at one of these places and it came true.

One of my good mates who works at one of the places below, rang me up a week ago and said you're not happening to need a new job by any chance. I straight away told him "yes" and that I could not believe it, because I had just written down that this was one of the places I wanted to work. He then said to me " I belive in timing and things happen for a reason". I agree.

One other great thing is they offered me a lot more money than I was expecting and so double happiness with that.

I'm too happy to write anything more on this at the moment, but I am VERY, VERY, VERY happy and realise that sometimes, you need to believe something will happen and never give-up on what you really want and be strong with your convictions.

When you get to that point when your about to give-up, DON'T that's the point where your meant to keep on pushing foward and believe that something big is coming your way and you just have to deal with the obsticles that are trying to stop you from achieving your dreams!!!!
